Little Richard, Buck Ram Rock & Roll Band, 1959 CAMDEN Little Richard/Buck Ram and his Rock 'N' Roll Band. Fairly scarce shared LP, issued in the UK in 1959, and only the third UK Little Richard LP release, after the two scarce London LPs. RCA Camden mono, CDN 125, earliest yellow label with silver print, and indented groove indicative of a Decca pressing. 1B/1B matrices. Vinyl in very clean condition. A few spider marks around the spindle areas, but not a great deal. Clearly LP has not been played excessively, and vinyl surfaces are mostly free of marks, save for just a very few light and superficial hairlines. There are no deep scratches or gouges and both vinyl and labels still have a nice undulled gloss to them. Early flimsy front laminated sleeve has survived pretty well. Some light handling creasing, minor edge chipping and fraying, and small (approx. one inch) closed tear at bottom right front corner. Just a hint of ringwear to front, does not affect appearance. Note that any marks visible on the sleeve in the photo are merely light reflecting from the front laminate! Slightly more noticeable ringwear mark to rear (all white with black print), and some tan age browning stains. All of these are very light and unobtrusive however. Rear outer backflaps are intact and undamaged. No pen marks or similar. All in all a very nice but not pristine mint copy of this LP.
